Lisney, Ireland’s largest full-service real estate company, has been awarded the Guaranteed Irish licence. The Irish-owned property company has been in operation for almost 90 years, has successfully achieved membership of Guaranteed Irish for providing residential & commercial services for thousands of satisfied clients, who have relied on Lisney’s trust and expertise through decades of property and economic cycles.
As Guaranteed Irish Members in the property and housing sector, Lisney will also feature on www.GuaranteedIrishHouse.ie, an initiative launched by Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien, TD, with the aim of supporting a sustainable construction sector. Guaranteed Irish House is Ireland’s first national listing of construction sector businesses in Ireland, offering access to businesses ranging from property management companies, architects, quantity surveyors, and a listing of locally produced raw building material and home furnishings for both private and commercial builds. It aims to keep the business of property building and design local and sustainable.
Guaranteed Irish champions a network of over 2,000 member businesses, employing over 120,000 people across Ireland, and generating an annual combined Irish turnover of €14.75bn. The licence is only awarded to successful businesses by the Guaranteed Irish Appraisals Committee.
