Guaranteed Irish hosted its inaugural Alumni Dinner at SOLE Seafood & Grill, bringing together previous winners of the Guaranteed Irish Business Awards, sponsors and senior leaders from across the Guaranteed Irish network for an exclusive evening of networking, and business insights from KPMG.
This event was more than a dinner. It marked the launch of the first peer-to-peer C-suite gathering within the Guaranteed Irish network, creating a unique forum for senior business leaders to build relationships, exchange insights and explore opportunities for collaboration. Sponsored by KPMG, the evening brought together leaders from a wide range of sectors in an environment that encouraged open dialogue.
The keynote address was delivered by Niall Savage, Head of Private Enterprise at KPMG Ireland. Niall highlighted key points for attendees including understanding the expectations of the next generation of business owners and succession planning, exploring alternative sources of private capital to fuel expansion, and encouraging organisations to adopt a global mindset from the outset, viewing international markets as a pathway for growth rather than a future ambition.

Niall also spoke on the growing role of operational AI in improving efficiency and creating long-term value for businesses. He emphasised that while every organisation can adapt at its own pace, standing still is not an option, and businesses must continue to move forward and embrace change. This trend is reflected in Guaranteed Irish Red C research, which found that 73% of businesses have adopted AI tools or automation technologies within the past 12 months.
The evening reflected the strong confidence that exists across the Guaranteed Irish community, with 89% of businesses expressing optimism about their growth prospects over the next 12 months*
By bringing senior leaders together to share insights and experiences, the Guaranteed Irish Alumni Dinner reinforces the relationships that support business growth. Its success marks the launch of the new peer-to-peer networking series aimed at strengthening connections across the Guaranteed Irish community. The financial benefit of having and using the Guaranteed Irish licence is strong with 57% reporting the licence has helped their business financially*
