Clémence Jamet, Head of Operations and Sustainability at Guaranteed Irish, has been awarded Future ESG Leader at the Business & Finance Awards 2026, held at the Mansion House on Thursday, 16 April.

Recognised for her leadership and impact across Guaranteed Irish’s network of over 2,500 member businesses, Clémence represents a new generation of ESG leadership—pragmatic, people-centred, and embedded in governance and operations. She has played a central role in integrating sustainability into business practices for Guaranteed Irish members, ensuring ESG is not treated as a standalone initiative but as a driver of long-term organisational impact.

Following her win, Clémence calls on businesses based in Ireland to accelerate progress, highlighting the need for greater pace and urgency in delivering meaningful change.

Her work reflects one of Guaranteed Irish’s core pillars - sustainability - which all member businesses are required to demonstrate through ongoing commitment and measurable progress.

Clémence has led a number of key initiatives that are advancing ESG across the network. In partnership with KPMG, she developed the Guaranteed Irish Sustainability Roadmap and Sustainability Hub - practical frameworks designed to support businesses at all stages of their ESG journey. She also led the development of the Guaranteed Irish Forest and Sustainable Leaders Programme, and played a key role in the organisation’s appointment as Ireland’s SDG Champion for 2025–2027 by Minister Darragh O’Brien.

Through her leadership, Clémence Jamet is helping to shape a future where ESG is embedded in how organisations are governed, led, and operated—translating strategy into action and values into measurable outcomes.
