She has played a central role in integrating sustainability into business practices for Guaranteed Irish members, ensuring ESG is not treated as a standalone initiative but as a driver of long-term organisational impact. --- **Following her win, Clémence calls on businesses based in Ireland to accelerate progress, highlighting the need for greater pace and urgency in delivering meaningful change.**   Her work reflects one of Guaranteed Irish’s core pillars - sustainability - which all member businesses are required to demonstrate through ongoing commitment and measurable progress.   Clémence has led a number of key initiatives that are advancing ESG across the network. In partnership with KPMG, she developed the Guaranteed Irish [Sustainability Roadmap and Sustainability Hub](https://blog.guaranteedirish.ie/sustainabilityhub) - practical frameworks designed to support businesses at all stages of their ESG journey.
