5 Mistakes to Avoid when Selecting a Point-of-Sale (POS) System.

Purchasing a Point of Sale system can be a daunting task, the market is flooded with options making it difficult to know which one is right for your business.

Choosing the wrong partner

Key considerations: are you happy to have helpdesk support online only? Are they willing to travel on-site or is everything done remotely? Retailers should ensure they pick from a dedicated POS provider because their knowledge and expertise will help your business further succeed.

 

 

Not involving key team members

Seems obvious right? However, from experience, many retailers or managing directors often go it alone when searching for a new POS system. Often senior management will not use POS systems day to day.
